Multiple Delivery Attempts / Business Address
If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent delivery attempt will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure wine quality and the fastest delivery time possible.

Warm/Cold Weather Shipping Hold
Please note that if temperatures in your area reach an unacceptable level we will hold your wine until conditions improve to avoid damage. We will notify you via email if your order is unable to be shipped due to weather conditions.

Returns
We guarantee that you will be delighted with any wine that you purchase here. If this is ever not true, please bring it to our attention and we will make the situation right.
